Job KeyDetails :

Assist in preparing payroll forstaff members and ensure tax compliance at all times

Organize payments upon employee termination with the company

Make sure all staff entitlements are accurate and up todate

Generate and process timesheets as well asvariations

Prepare, update and maintain payroll files,databases as well as spreadsheets

Settle any mattersconcerning payroll that may arise from employees

Generate and issue pay slips to staff

Any other relatedtask as may be required

Job Qualifications andExperience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, BusinessAdministration, Human Resource Management or its equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in the same field

Possession of CPA / ACCA qualifications will be a plus

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strongworking knowledge of payroll systems

Must be familiarwith the UAE labor law

Competency in Ms Office suiterequired

Ability to handle administrativetasks
