Responsible to the Infantry Brigade Combat Team Set Manager for control and management of maintenance and readiness for the set.
Works for the manager to consolidate, report and track readiness, contingency planning, and accountability for several battalion sets of equipment and supplies.
Coordinates with the Maintenance Division, Material Management Center, Storage Division, and Plans & Operations Manager to meet mission requirements.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES : Please list by order of priority and, if possible,provide the percentage of time spent on the activity all should equal 100%.
Uses AWRDS to prepare reports and provide research and set status.
Advices the Set Manager on the status of the set and the readiness posture.
Assists the Set Manager in forecasting, configuring sets for C4I, tracking and preparing the set for issue.
Provides analysis of readiness, development of readiness reports and is prepared to brief when required in the absence if the Set Manager.
Performs other dutiesand assignments as required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work is generally conducted in a shop environment; however, duties may involve the conduct of work in the out-of-doors area with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :
Work will require lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting and working with or in areas where
apotential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment
PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing
protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published company work rules.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : Oneyear related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in either Supply / Storage and or Maintenance or Quality disciplines. Experience with Army Prepositioned Stocks Program is highly desirable.
Understanding of Unit Status Reporting (USR) preparation and submission is preferred. Understanding of Army Prepositions Stocks Inventory and Accountability is desirable.
Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge
ofMicrosoft Word, Excel andOutlook.
