Job Description

This jobopportunity is with a large government entity in Dubai, UAE. As aProcurement Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping theentire procurement records organized and up to date.

Maintain anaccurate data log sheet to ensure efficiency in reports. Obtain andfollow up on approvals regarding purchase orders and supplyagreements.

You would schedule meetings and record minutes ofmeeting. Develop weekly and monthly procurement reports. Provideassistance and support to the procurement team in theiradministrative requirements.

  • To be successful, you should have atleast 3+ years of experience in procurement and logistics. ACollege Diploma or Bachelor'
  • s Degree in a relevant field isa must. You must be proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobatand Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferablyOracle.
