The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position :
Maintain high level of sanitation throughout the Kitchen areas.
Proper use of dishwashing supply. Immediately report to Shift Leader / Supervisor when problems / challenges occur.
Performing special tasks as assigned by Shift Leader, Supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager.
Proper cleaning of equipment to requirement.
Be aware of accident prevention and help to enforce safe work conditions.
Wet floor signs immediately posted when wiping the floor or the floor is wet.
Permanently checking of pot wash sink (temperature).
Maintaining of logbook for communication purpose.
Maintaining a proper temperature checklist for all dish machines and filled out daily.
Complete special tasks assigned by the Chefs or Supervisor.
Daily organization and cleaning of the back door.
Responsible for proper trash handling.
Attend monthly meeting.
Report any problems and health hazards immediately to Supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager.
Responsible for clean rags in the Kitchen and removal of the used ones immediately.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 48 hours per week.
