IN HOUSE RECRUITER Job Title Human Resource Executive Recruiter Locations Dubai Reports to CEO HALE EDUCATION GROUP Hale Education Group is the leading independent educational consulting firm in the GCC focusing on US university admissions We provide college admissions counseling to Emirati and international students seeking admission to the full spectrum of US universities and colleges Our innovative model has evolved from our deep background and broad experience in admissions counseling in the United States We center our services on providing intensive oneonone counseling and guidance to students in every aspect of US college admissions based on the philosophy of finding the right fit Hale s mission is to guide and empower students seeking to realize their maximum personal academic and professional potential through the pursuit of American higher education SUMMARY We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our fullcycle recruiting processes Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs To be successful in this role you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing interviewing and evaluating candidates Ultimately you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience RESPONSIBILITIES Write job ads for current openingsAdvertise job openings on careers pages job boards and social networks e g Design and implement employee referral programsSource candidates through online channels e g professional networks and portfolio sites Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processesInterview candidates during various hiring stages including phone and firstround interviewsKeep CEO updated on the status of open positionsEvaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performanceDetermine qualification criteria for each positionAnalyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needsUpdate job descriptions e g add tasks or modify requirements Answer candidates queries regarding the application processProvide interview feedback when necessary and appropriateParticipate in job fairs to boost company s reputationHelp onboard new hires SALARY Monthly Performance Bonus
