The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Chef de Partie. As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Executive Chef .
You will have the following mission :
Monitor and maintain stocks - Ensure the good atmosphere of the service
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a Hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification in Kitchen Production will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
