We will count on you to :

Coordinate and collaborate with clients and Mercer colleagues (locally and internationally) in the delivery of reward related projects for the region.

Support Mercer’s flagship data offering, the Total Remuneration Surveys in the MENA Region by working with clients on the submission process as well as interpreting the results

Coordinate and collaborate with local and international colleagues at Mercer to ensure the survey process is being followed effectively

Service clients across various industries with any queries related to Mercer’s surveys or broader workforce products

Negotiate with clients to sell or support the sale of Mercer’s offerings (products & services)

Contribute to industry specific surveys, forums and events in the region

Conduct detailed compensation and benefit analysis and data mining

Understand talent management trends, pay practices and policies for a particular client and within the broader marketplace

Use Mercer's in house technology to run reports and extract market data to use in production of analyses

Contribute to bespoke surveys across niche industry sectors to gather sector specific insights

Coordinate and collaborate with clients and local and international Mercer colleagues in the delivery of reward related projects for the region.

Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior compensation consultants in the areas of executive and workforce rewards and act as a project team member to produce data modelling and market analysis / benchmarking of client data under direct supervision

Under direct supervision, analyze clients' financial and compensation data versus market utilizing excel modelling skills

Work with colleagues to ensure market data is reasonable and client specifications are met (and complete revisions as necessary)

Assist in preparing client presentations / reports, including creating exhibit / visual aids to effectively communicate analytical findings, by using excel data and PowerPoint for review by more senior consultants

What you need to have :

Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major. A Master’s degree holder would be highly valued.

Relevant HR related in compensation benefit and total rewards area experience of 3-5 years, preferably with client servicing experience.

Rewards and salary survey related experience is an advantage.

Fair project management skills with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, an ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically, as well as having proactive problem solving skills.

Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative along with expert proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working to changing deadlines and paying attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Has the desire to work on multiple client teams with the capability to build successful working relationships with contacts at all levels.

Fluent in English language.
