Key responsibilities andactivities include :

  • Drivesup-sell, upgrades, price adjustments and close on-time contractsfor assigned accounts
  • Increases salespenetration at existing accounts
  • Buildsrelationships with customers and account teams to assist inacceleration of full adoption and renewals.
  • Partners with the account teams to preserve and improvecustomer contract and relationships.
  • Engagewith key decision makers to identify requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
  • Manageclient needs independently. Able to trouble shoot non-standardconcerns
  • Owns and executes renewal contractsfor products and services on medium accounts with moderatecomplexity
  • Builds quotes, review contractterms, negotiation pricing, identify up-sell opportunities andhandle objections.
  • Curates use caserecommendations and educates customers on relevant features andopportunities.
  • Leads renewal opportunities orsupport Account Manager in overall negotiation to ensure integrityof the renewal portion of the agreement.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 120 day forecastof renewals in assigned accounts.
  • AssistRenewals team with ad hoc requests to meet customer need
  • Communicate risks timely and clearly
