oriented Loyalty Specialist to lead the setup development and management of new Loyalty Program Job Responsibilities Provide suggestions to CEO and VP Operations on best in class strategy to achieve sales and marketing objectives Take ownership of delivery of preset sales targets Work closely with Marketing Finance HR and Information Technology Departments to develop and enhance processes related to the loyalty program Propose solutions compensation budgets and win back processes for complaints related scenarios With help of HR Manager interview and recruit Telemarketers ensuring best quality of selection Develop and continuously improve scripts for Telemarketers Evaluate training needs and provide induction on-

job orientation product and customer care training for the Telemarketers Team Manage the daily running of the call center including sourcing equipment effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and procedures Set performance targets for speed efficiency sales and quality for the Telemarketers Team Coaching motivating and retaining staff Coordinating bonus reward and incentive schemes Review the performance of staff monitoring random calls to improve quality minimize errors and track operations performance Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and monthly basis and preparing reports of performance levels of the Program Develop and maintain consistent productive dialogue with the Hotel Management Team
