Target Achievement Responsible for achieving sales Group Individual Targets set by Management Target achievement on quarterly basis-

Units Sales Value GP - To maintain GP-23 Debtors Management- Managing collections in line with agreed terms conditions Collection TargetAvg Debtors days as per monthly ageing monthly collection target as set by Management To be monitored on monthly basis New customer Development Identification of new business opportunity and create customer data base Number of new customers brought in for the fiscal year measured quarterly against the given target by Management Monitoring of the reportValue contribution vs No of new customers developed -

Quarterly basis Account Management Maintaining sales at approved selling prices by management Management of orders executing of timely deliveries Order forecast Follow up on inquiry quotation etc Managing and updating the customer data base Contract Govt Tenders Management Building Customer relationship Accuracy of invoices checked by Accounts Monthly customer visit plan by 3rd of every month along with variation in previous months Submission of Daily Call reports To achieve number of visits -

min 5 per day Tyre Size pattern wise Order forecast to be given on beginning of the month to SM by 3rd of every month Customer feed back survey form every six months Up to date customer data base at any given time Report on contract validity and expiry with commercial terms and conditions to be submitted to SM on quarterly basis Market Information Collecting market information on competitors activities campaigns promotions pricing Incentive schemes new product development etc Submission of 5P market report on 3rd of every month Compliance and Quality Maintain high level of confidentiality Comply with regulatory guidelines Maintain internal quality guidelines Attendance Punctuality Discipline grooming appearance Dress codes etc Following the procedures policy laid down by the company Monthly report on Attendance Deviation reported by Management Development Management of Inter-
