BASIC FUNCTION :
Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the Company s goals and business objectives.
On a daily basis following up all activities regarding recruitment of personnel in respect of onshore anoffshore staff.
Coordinating rotation / replacement of personnel and mapping future recruitment needs.
Arranging and conducting of interviews in conjunction with Management.
Liaising with recruitment firms to coordinate interview logistics.
Arranging and booking of flights along with any necessary visa required for candidates attending inter
Maintaining accurate records regarding applicant tracking, including daily responsibility of maintaining
candidate interview tracker.
Shortlisting of candidate s CVs against job descriptions.
Issuing acknowledgement emails to candidates to confirm receipt of applications.
Issuing unsuccessful after interview emails to candidates.
Assisting with the issuing of employment offers to both onshore and offshore candidates.
Obtaining employment references for candidates that have reached offer stage.
Preparing and editing company job descriptions.
Assisting with generation of recruitment reports on a regular basis.
Assisting with the drafting and updating of company recruitment policies.
Utilising online recruitment services, and pro-actively planning ideas for future candidate attraction an
sourcing.
Performing various administrative duties that support the recruitment function as business needs requ
Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment process.
Scheduling telephone and face to face interviews
Creating spreadsheets / reports as per Lead Recruiter requirements
Assisting with forwarding CVs to Technical Managers for their review
Liaising with agencies to gain more info on candidate s salary
Issuing roles to agencies
Reviewing website CVs (h
EDUCATION :
Bachelor s degree desirable
HR Qualification desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
EXPERIENCE :
2 years of administrative experience
Experience of sourcing and screening candidates Experience of scheduling and conducting interviews Ideally have experience within an offshore drilling contractor environment
