Responsibilities

Lead user acquisition, CRM, analytics and partnerships through various channels

Establish processes to monitor, analyze and improve conversion rates, trading volume and minimize churn

Plan and implement the full growth stack

Have a full understanding of the regulatory landscape to ensure full compliance with local laws

Proactively identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in growth / performance marketing with min 2+ years leading a team

Track record of scaling businesses from the ground up

Mastery of tools required to build, manage and refine the customer journey

Deep passion for digital assets and crypto

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
