Proper control over the office requirements (stationary, equipment / PC maintenance) Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off Ability to travel to accomplish any mission as per the management requirements.
