Job Duties :

  • Perform MonthlyMeeting with HOD to define all needed development area’sand actions.
  • Responsible forshift schedule organizing with direct Manager according to manpowerplan needs among all branches.
  • HandlingSPV’s, requests, Investigations & Action Plansaccording to top management directions.
  • Gather &analyze daily, monthly & yearly performance data.
  • Motivationleadership skills for teams & developing futureLeaders
  • Follow up on teammembers month to date productivity and set required action plan tosave business quality.
  • Review andfinalize all pending cases, complaint’s with neededcommunicated with other departments to finalizeit. Requirements :
  • Provenexperience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position incustomer service field
  • Experience withrecruiting and performance evaluation processes
  • Familiarity withfinancial and customer service & Call Centerprinciples
  • Good math skillswith the ability to create and analyze reports, dashboard
  • Proficientuser of MS Office
  • Leadership andorganizational abilities
  • Interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Problem-solvingattitude
  • Flexibility towork in shifts
  • BA in BusinessAdministration or relevant field.
