Review, monitor and oversee the implementationof relevant legislation and legislative changes. Provide trainingand updates as appropriate to the business (including creating therelevant training materials to be used), reviewing existingoperational processes to ensure compliance.
Advise and ensure the Board of Directors,senior management and employees are fulfilling their complianceresponsibilities in line with the regulations of the InsuranceAuthority, Department of Health
Identify, measure and assess compliance risk and maintaineffective systems, policies and procedures to manage identifiedrisks.
Maintain up todate compliance policies and procedures in line with applicablelaws and regulations.
Putin place and manage compliance monitoring and review processes.Prioritise and oversee areas for regulatory and compliance reviewwith the business.
Undertake compliance monitoring and review activities,draft and issue reports to the business and senior management tohighlight areas of non-compliance and work with the business toinvestigate and remediate these.
