As a Front Office Manager with Fairmont Hotels Resorts you assist in managing Front Office operations and administration including all related guest services to ensure profitability through proper planning organization implementation and control You effectively liaise and coordinate with Front Office sections Your efficiency is required to maintain the highest quality standards that ensure total guest satisfaction Summary of Responsibilities Reporting to the Director Rooms responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department and ensure all service standards are followed Establish precise measurable and achievable plans of actions for the Front Office areas along with providing consistent follow-

up and review of results Liaise with the Room Reservations Department in planning proper market mix to achieve maximum revenue possible Maximize rooms revenue through participating in revenue management meetings and implementing agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices Handle Guest concerns and react quickly logging and notifying proper areas Inspire assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way Provide leadership motivation and training for the managers and colleagues of the Front Office Deliver top quartile colleague engagement and work satisfaction as measured by the Colleague Engagement Survey Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting for the Front Office departments Oversee hiring training and performance management of all colleagues within the Front Office Maintain operational budget for all Front Office departments and ensure all costs are controlled Balance operational administrative and Colleague needs Participate in Departmental communication meetings Ensure inter-
