Manage technical aspects of key marketingsystems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute,and report on leads.
Establish and maintainscalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and leadmanagement.
Create and maintain metrics reportson marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and businessimpact.
Analyze marketing and sales data todevelop insights and make recommendations on areas foroptimization.
Monitor and maintain data qualitywithin the marketing database.
Evaluate newtechnologies and add-on applications to improve and optimizemarketing team performance.
Job Requirements andQualifications :
BA / BS or equivalent workingexperience.
Strong analytical skills (includingmastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and dataanalysis.
Proficient in marketing automationsystems (e.g. HubSpot) and integrating those systems with othertechnologies.
Ability to manage multipleprojects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desireto improve processes.
