efficient manner This role impacts recruitment and training plans for service delivery as well as overall budget planning and control Job Outline MPPS system utilisation Responsible for the overall management of the MPPS system which includes data import input master file maintenance introduction and management of planning rules and training cost figures What-

if scenario generation in order to enable correct optimization runs of the solver within MPPS and to ensure that the data necessary for the calculation of monthly operational targets Operating Plan and Fleet Plan based and monthly training plans is always current The job holder will be the Service Delivery SD resident expert in MPPS including its interface with TMS Time and Management System Paradise and other future planned interfaces CC Operational Targets Support monthly manpower review processes in order to ensure that manpower planning assumptions used on a monthly basis are as up-

to-date and reflect the latest business policies and practice This involves the validation of crewing calculation model parameters manpower planning formula based on reviews and analysis of historical crew data and changes in the operating plans Such parameters include but are not limited to weekly monthly and yearly rosterable fractions by CC grade forecasted block hours crew planned training days reserve planning crew sets aircraft etc CC Lifecycle Management Recruitment Generate the monthly Ab Initio Course Plan and liaise with a variety of stakeholders across the company where it will impact their areas Medical HR Joining team Accommodation Central Services etc Specifically co-

ordinate with Recruitment and Cabin Crew Training to ensure availability of Ab Initio trainees and related training resources so that the recruitment pipeline is never over-

evaluation of timelines for training courses which ultimately have an impact on operational strength SD budget planning Work together with Manager Resource Planning and SD Business Finance Manager to frequently monitor adherence to the approved budget plan by generating and automating reports on budget vs actual variability in each area of SD and the associated causal factors This is necessary in order to ensure cost effective introduction and management of all types of resources into the operation while challenging throughout the year resource needs as the operation changes so that eventually potential savings against budgeted costs are realized at the end of the year Management Reporting Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports for review and completion by the Manager Resource Planning prior to regular distribution to senior management These reports provide an overview of past present future trends forecasts in order to provide solid justification for the trend causal factors argued together with suggestions for corrective action The job holder will also be required to accurately track and report on crew utilisation to ensure senior management clarity on how crews are utilised in relation to the planning process Databases Act as the key business contact for the maintenance of databases e g crew complements by aircraft type used by various operational groups and stakeholders across the company i e Crew Planning and Scheduling Recruitment Procurement and Logistics Airport Services so that such data that are commercially sensitive and important from a regulatory perspective are always up-

to-date and communicated to all relevant stakeholders in time Information Technology Act as the SD representative in working with EGIT MIT Business Analysts etc in order to facilitate the efficient and effective execution of all work planned on resource planning-

related systems e g MPPS TMS and associated interfaces to other systems Paradise LASS ACTS CRS etc The job holder will also be required to work with external vendors that BP D currently have a relationship with e g MINT for TMS as well as with other vendors that we will collaborate with in the future for systems to be built and or maintained for resource planning applications Qualifications and Experience Qualifications Degree or Honours 3 or equivalent Experience In-
