Job Role : Help Desk Administrator

Job Key Details :

  • Make sure all tickets are logged and settlebefore close of business and cases of escalations must be properlydocumented
  • Keep customers informed of progressof their tickets and problems that cannot be resolved
  • Handle the phone lines and ensure users are responded tocourteously
  • Evaluate call logs in order tospot common trends and underlying root cause
  • Contact users to get their confirmation that theirrequests have been satisfactorily resolved
  • Make sure all the service calls received from clients arerecorded in the system immediately
  • Maintain aquarterly preventive maintenance schedule for all contract clientsand ensure they are completed
  • Any otherrelated task as may be required
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Theapplicant should hold a relevant Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the samefield
  • Good communication and interpersonalskills required
  • Must have a positive attitudewith good customer service skills
  • Stronganalytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Abilityto work in a team environment
  • Must be flexibleand able to work in a team environment
  • Abilityto prepare good reports using Ms Word
  • Fluencyin English required
