Job Role : CRM Manager - Digital Migration

Represent PBG and coordinate between business and Group Digital to ensure business requirements have been captured

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Evaluating business processes , anticipating requirements , uncovering areas of improvement

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross functional team

Working closely with business , IT and group digital

Ensuing solutions meet business needs and requirements

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Creating a detailed business analysis , outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business

Co-ordinate with IT and development team to ensure business requirements are understood

Conduct project management activities for assigned projects (technical and or business) often involving multiple functions and stakeholders.

Engage in project management tasks for small to medium sized projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Good stakeholder management skills and business acumen important to anticipate external as well as internal stakeholders

3+ years of experience in the field of CRM system

Bank experience preferably 3+ years

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable soloutions

Advanced technical skills

Experienced in creating reports and presenting

Flexible, proactive and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions

Previous experience in a channel support role preferred

Willing to learn new technology and applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Deep passion in first class customer experiences and innovation

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to translate ideas and analysis into strategic compelling cases for executive approval

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision).

Be able to strategically lead discussion and influence decisions.
