We ( ) are an innovative and thriving B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides lead acceleration solutions to organizations worldwide.

We have always been a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents. Youâll work remotely from your home in UK and report to the Director of Customer Success.

As the Senior Account Manager you will have overall responsibility for managing the companyâs top accounts. You will create strategic account plans and work with our largest and most important accounts to move them along the journey of realizing maximum value from our products.

You will also recruit and lead a team of junior account managers and provide the coaching and mentorship that will allow them to excel.

The ideal candidate will have had working experience in account management and / or sales with B2B customers as well as management experience in hiring and mentoring junior staff.

IMPORTANT : The global nature of this role requires that you be flexible with your schedule in order to cover staff interaction across multiple time zones.

In this role, you will :

Build an account management team that will serve as the first point of contact for our top accounts

Ensure that we fully understand the business objectives of our top accounts and are providing them with VIP service.

Identify accounts with opportunities for expansion and support them in this process

Maximize account satisfaction and the value they receive from our products

Ensure that the account management team works in collaboration with all other business functions

To be successful in this role, you will need the following :

A degree from a reputable university

2+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales

2+ years of experience in hiring, managing and mentoring a small team

Ability to deep-dive into our products and understand them at an expert level

Highly analytical and self-motivated

Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced multi-cultural environment that is 100% work from home
