The Regional Vertical Leader is responsible for leading managing the entire Sales Business development cycle for identified customers in designated Regional Vertical across area of coverage UAE Oman Kuwait Qatar and Egypt.
This person will own the complete business metrics in this Regional Vertical not limited to Opportunity funnel management enabling project wins bid Resource planning financial orders forecasts account and life cycle management support.
ResponsibilitiesLead sales team of KAMs and BCs to deliver and overdrive targets.Develop relationships with CSuite Decision Makers in the market and from stakeholders including Developers end users engineers consultants and contractors.
Team Management Coaching and leadership support to regional staff supporting Vertical growth using proper communication tools and processes.
Provide input into talent acquisition and management.Define marketing and business plans aligned to theRegional Vertical growth.
Investigate marketing opportunities with significant scale and synergy to drive growth and leverage current portfolio of products software and services.
