Job Responsibilities :
Budgeting, Reporting and Cash flows
Providing accounting support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations.
Coordination of annual and ad-hoc valuation exercise, gather data requirements and prepare draft calculations.
Issue sales report on Bi-weekly basis.
Issue inventory reports on weekly basis.
Review the Owners Associations financial statements and match with the relevant balances and share the observations with the CEO.
Record and check Service charges, validate the weekly report reports (P&L, P&L trend, BS, BS trend).
Review of project payments data received from payable accountant on monthly basis for cash flows.
Coordinate projects involving internal and external audits to ensure that they have appropriate access to information and people within the organization.
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Professional accounting qualification (CMA / ACCA).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
4 - 5 years' experience with a proven successful track in a similar position. (Owner's Association / Developer).
Solid knowledge with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
Excellent MS Office skills, in particular, MS Excel.
Knowledge of QuickBooks.
Consistent, accurate, Integrity, results oriented, time management, excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills and self-initiative, negotiation skills & the ability to influence others.
