Job Role : Office Manager

Job Key Details :

  • Keep up good relationship with thecompany's clients, suppliers as well as staff
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures as well assystems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Observe inventory of office supplies and the purchasingof new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Maintain sock of partners' activities
  • Make sure all support activities are conductedefficiently and effectively to allow the other operations tofunction properly
  • Manage confidentialinformation with utmost discretion as well as matters pertaining toHR function
  • Any other task as may be requiredfrom time to time
  • JobQualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or itsequivalent
  • At least two and above years ofexperience in the same role
  • Good customerservice orientation
  • Must be highly organizedwith strong interpersonal skills
  • Strongknowledge of office management procedures, departmental as well aslegal policies
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • High emotionalintelligence while handling all staff members as well asstakeholders
  • Good people managementabilities
  • Ability to pay attention todetails
