Job Role : Senior Soft Services Supervisor(Fixed Term)- Subject to Contract Award
The key purpose is to develop,coordinate and manage the delivery of soft services (includingservice provider subcontractor performance) in line with thecontract deliverables and delivery schedules.
This includes theachievement of contractual and internal targets for quality,safety, operations, service reliability and achievement of customerservice standards.
The role will also encompass HSQEresponsibilities for the contract with the management oversight ofthe offsite HSQE Manager.
Monitor third partyservice provider staff levels as per Serco’s contractualrequirements.
Ensure that all areas areadequately services to assure compliance with applicable ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure that allsubcontractors comply with relevant policies andprocedures.
Ensure all record keeping anddocumentation is completed in a systematic and timelymanner.
Ensure that all staff complete theirtasks to the standards determined in work schedules and to escalateany on-going issues to the Soft Services Manager wherenecessary.
Conduct regular Health &Safety inspections and take corrective action where issues havebeen raised.
What We Are Looking For In OurCandidates
Preferably with BICSc (BritishInstitute of Cleaning Science) or equivalent.
Knowledge of Soft Services Methods & workingpractices, Waste Disposal regulations and familiar with cleaningmachines.
Knowledge of auditingsystems.
Knowledge of HSQE systems.
Knowledge of CAFM system.
Knowledgeof quality management systems and audit processes
Knowledge of safe systems of work
3 years minimumexperience in a similar role.
5 years minimumexperience within a soft services and / or HSQE department in afacilities management environment.
