An experienced Facilities Manger to be accountable for a mega mall in the UAE. One would be based in Abu Dhabi and be accountable for planing, coordinating and controlling all FM aspects of the shopping mall management, strategies and mall delivery to meet targets.
One would manager the operations manager, technical manager and HSE manager reporting to the mall manager. Job Responsibilities Creation of effective FM team and successful opening of the mall Manager total FM- hard and soft services Ensure service providers are in line with budget and deliver to KPIs Evaluation of SLAs and KPIs with service providers Establish and implement policiies and procedures Develop and educate personel to a high standard and promote team management Provide input to creating a financially viable site Review energu efficient programmes Oversee risk management with regards to health and safety Liaise with tenancy fit out teams and external consultants Job Requirements Extensive experience working on Malls, pre openings or large mixed use masterplanned developments is essential Exposure to the hand over, design review to operational phase would be preferable One should have managed budgets One should posses excellent communication skills and to be hands on Able to implement FM strategies and tender Middle East experience is preferable
