Our client is looking tohire an experienced PR Manager to nurture astrong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviablecorporate image by developing and executing effective communicationand media relations programs.
Develop a marketingcommunications plan including strategy, goals, budget andtactics
Develop media relations strategy,seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and onlinemedia
Coordinate all public relationsactivities
Direct social media team to engageaudiences across traditional and new media
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contactswithin business and industry media
Managemedia inquiries and interview requests
Createcontent for press releases, byline articles and keynotepresentations
Monitor, analyze and communicatePR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluateopportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on anongoing basis.
Build relationships withthought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clientsand make appropriate recommendations regarding communicationstrategy surrounding them
Requirements
3+ years of successfulexperience in PR Management
Must be wellconnected in the media industry
Strongrelationships with both local and national business and industrymedia outlets
Experience in acting as acompany spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast andprint media interviews
Exceptional writing andediting skills
Solid experience with socialmedia including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Event planning experience
BA / MA degree inMarketing, Advertising, Communications or a relateddiscipline
Must be fluent in English andArabic
