ACTIVITIES :
Provide visibility on physical purchase order status to Project Supply Manager (PSM) / Project Supply Lead (PSL)
Coordinate with Quality Engineers to ensure on-time delivery and quality objectives are met
Coordinate inspection activities in conjunction with Quality Engineers and QC Engineers
Liaison with Logistics Coordinator to assure accuracy of shipping documentation and timely collection of equipment from supplier
Participate in supplier selection and auditing process in conjunction with the category manager
Plan and coordinate onsite supplier support for installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment
Establish warehouse processes and procedures, as well as physical warehousing on site
Management of Good Receipt, quarantine returns processes for all purchase orders
Management of supplier warranty claim, notification to supplier, track any re-charges
Communicate any deviations, deficiencies or warranty claims to Supply Manager and Project Manager, follow up with supplier for remedial action plan via quality event management system
Establish minimum stocking levels for all parts in warehouse, including spares parts, required for operations and develop handover process to GMkT for operation (when applicable) KPIs :
Product quality, to improve service level
On time delivery, as per the project execution plan
