Qualifications
You have : - Experience with Agile / DevOps network automation / orchestration tools / frameworks.- Understanding of network management protocols, concepts, and enterprise infrastructure services (SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DNS, AAA / LDAP, API)- Understanding of networking products for Orchestration, Alert, Incident, Problem, Capacity and Performance, Wifi, Security, and Flow Management.
You might also have : - Proven network infrastructure programmability experience via API (NetConf, JSON, XML, YAML, Jinja, REST, Kafka)- Understanding of specific network management systems such as Spectrum, SevOne, Splunk, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco ISE / ACS, and HPNA- Strong organizational skills, customer service focus, attention to detail, and process orientation- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing- Ability to distil and present information to business community in non-technical terminology- Business analysis skills, with the ability to forecast implications and provide consultative recommendations and solutions- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage operational lifecycle Team Profile : The Network Automation and Tooling Team works on multiple products and projects to facilitate the work of network operations and to improve the stability of the Firm’s global data and voice network.
The team's responsibility includes Engineering, Integration and Development of Network Configuration Management, Network Monitoring, Network Security and Network Packet Inspection Tools across both Vendor Made Solutions (Cisco, HPNA-Microfocus / SevOne / CA-Spectrum / cPacket / Corvil) and in-house developments.
