We are Customer Success Managers and have multiple positions to fill Role purpose : As a Customer Success Manager will be attending to customer enquires, requirements and complaints to the best of your ability.
You will be focused on customer retention, upsell, assisting in marketing campaigns and health check on new and existing customers Key responsibilities : Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our customers.
Responding and assisting promptly with all customer inquiries. Resolving and keeping record of all customer concerns & complaints.
Creating & managing customer accounts Redirect all clients complains and requests to the related department to resolve customer queries in the shortest possible time.
Manage customer renewal process in advance of end if contract date. Arrange meetings and discussions with existing customers to present special promotions and new services.
Creation of communication groups to keep customers up to date through out the design and handover processes Upsell to existing client Assist marketing & sales to launch new product, services, campaigns and events.
Maintain product knowledge on all company products and services Weekly / monthly reporting Achieve monthly set targets Requirements : Previous Experience in a Similar customer focused role Marketing Related Degree / Diploma Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Team player Ability to think out of the box
