ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Development Planning
Creating a business strategy that consolidates the business targets and objectives in effectively penetrating and targeting the right clients for the DHTC & Eat well services.
Analyzing & leading potential strategic partner relationships to identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
Generating leads and set up business meetings with prospective clients.
Improving the B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to sales closure.
Writing contracts and proposals, negotiate deals and manage partnerships in line with management approval.
Marketing and PR strategy
Creating a marketing and PR strategy for the company based on the approved strategy.
Utilizing the marketing strategy to develop and implement a marketing plan.
Managing the company brand, advertising, communication, PR, media buying, digital media, events, activations, budget and business development support.
Strategizing and executing the Digital / direct Marketing Campaign for all brands, analyzing and optimizing all marketing Campaigns
Create and maintain processes for consistent brand messaging and corporate identity standards.
Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
Contribute to corporate literature, product marketing and promotional materials, press releases, media relations content, and social media content both print and electronic.
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate market trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position business with differentiated advantage.
Organize and represent the business at key networking events to raise the company profile.
Maintaining effective business communications at all times.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing & submitting progress reports and ensuring data is accurate.
Developing 'Dashboard' reports for the top management.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of the marketing objectives.
Manage and delegate the day to day work of the team.
Perform all such duties in relation to the business of the Company as may from time to time be vested in or assigned to them by the Company.
Adhere to all DHTC Policies and Procedures.
KEY CRITERIA :
Candidate must be a Degree Holder from Accredited, Educational Institution, College or University in the field of marketing or business studies.
5+ years' strong marketing and business development experience in UAE, preferably in Healthcare and / or Hospitality sector.
Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy
Proficiency in MS Office Suite & digital designing including Photoshop.
Strong working knowledge of HTML,Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram;
KEY SKILLS :
Energetic personality with excellent communication skills; a positive force within a team;
Must have a solid knowledge of English and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
Creative thinker with proven campaign experience. Able to create stimulating captions.
Excellent project and deadline management skills
Problem-solving oriented, with a constant desire to improve and achieve higher grounds
