Supervising a section of the Restaurant / Outlet. Overseeall operational standards for the section and lead the team todeliver an outstanding guest experience.
Ensuring foodquality and consistency is delivered at all times to Brandguidelines and Company standards.
Maintainingcleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor regularly through auditand quality checks as per operational requirements.
Working within operational procedures to ensure food and beveragepreparation process remain within Company and Municipalityguidelines.
Handling all customer queries and commentsto ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in atimely manner and to the guest's satisfaction.
Ensuring health and safety and fire regulations are adhered towithin the restaurant / outlet at all times. .
To be asuccessful candidate you will need to have2-3 years of relevantexperience in the restaurant industry and would have supervised ateam within the restaurant and or / kitchen
