Job PurposeTo assist in the delivery of effective communications across the Bank and across all communication disciplines (Media, advertising, marketing, merchandising & events), paying particular attention to the implementation of the Bank’s brand guidelines across all elements of marketing, advertising and corporate collateral and stationery.
Key AccountabilitiesImplementation of Corporate Identity Guidelines
Ensure the consistent application of the Bank’s corporate identity guidelines across all elements of advertising, marketing and communicationMarketing Collateral
Develop collaterals that will promote the Bank’s business and client servicing needs, such as product collaterals, advertisements and corporate gifts
Develop corporate collateral / stationery in support of the Bank’s operational needs, such as greeting cards, roll-up banners and public holiday notices etc.
Oversee the publishing of critical investor communication such as the NBF annual report and balance sheet announcements Digital Marketing
Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build a long term plan for all digital touch points. Set digital marketing strategies using channels like website, mobile, social media, ad networks to promote the bank
Track SEO and Google analytics data to measure the ongoing performance of the website and implement changes to enhance search listings.
Publish ad campaigns on Google, social buying and other native and display advertising and optimize campaign for maximum reach and engagement
Manage and improve online presence through Search Engine marketing and optimization
Understanding of digital tools like Google Adwords / Analytics, Google optimizer, Hubspot and the of Big data in digital marketing success Event management
Raise the Bank’s market profile and facilitate staff engagement through the organisation of activities i.e. coordinating NBF’s participation in events, client functions, annual staff party and CSR activities etc.

Assist in the appointment and maintenance of vendor relationships, hence ensuring timely and cost-effective deliverables
Identify opportunities for partnership with strategic partners across spend categories to deliver tangible customer acquisition and engagement targets.
Use data analytics to understand customer behaviour and tailor bespoke offers to customers based on their preferences.
Be responsible for overseeing operation activities including planning, budgeting and reporting.
Partner closely with product and other cross functional teams to drive NBF related product partnerships from concept to launch.
Provide feedback from partners, along with market intelligence
