The Project Manager should have extensiveknowledge and experience in project execution and implementationHealthcare facilities.
Keyaccountabilities for this position include but are not limitedto :
Guides the establishment andexecution of the project management plan, communicates the plan tothe team members.
Oversees the implementationof the project objectives
Responsible formanagement of the review process of the design proposals, workprogram, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings,payments, variation orders and claims etc.
Drives a positive integrated, multi-disciplinary teamculture in support of the project’s objectives
Effectively manage the site supervision staff duringconstruction & ensuring the works are being carried outaccording to the Contract Specifications.
Ensure monitoring of the quality of materials andworkmanships installed, operated and maintained.
Maintain the Project Managers daily diary and dailydiaries and reports by his subordinates.
Supports the leadership in the management of costs andvalue to maximize the projects margin.
Liaisewith Client, Project Management and Contractor for resolution ofproject issues, proactively guiding the team to provide solutionsto maintain progress of the Works,
Providestrong leadership in managing the concerned Authorities whenrequired to obtain the necessary approvals.
Strong understanding of operation and controlphilosophies of pumping stations and associated facilities, capableof review & approval of Contractor submittals for hydraulicstudies & calculations, pumps, pipework, controlvalves.
Expertise in the testing, setting towork and commissioning of healthcare projects
Supervise, review, monitor and report on constructionprogress challenging the contractors efficiency and resource levelsto ensure timeline are met.
