Position summary :
Execute and communicate all marketing campaigns and activities both internally and externally and ensure brand guidelines are enforced, and that business-critical messages are consistently delivered in a coherent manner.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Follow implementation of the essential elements of Campaigns, Launches, and Promotions (CLP).
Marketing Communication Channel :
Handle all marketing campaigns, launches, events, and promotions for targeted internal / external customers.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
Collect requirements of the job by executing marketing campaigns that suit the client's purpose, as well as briefing creative agencies & liaising with other departments to support each job.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Contribute on the analysis the success of campaigns / promotion of each Client to measure and generate reports that highlight areas of improvement;
strategies that worked and areas of successes.
CLP Performance Management
Ensure all KPI's are met and aligned with the DED Brand Promise. Monitor and measure expected outcomes for the CLP guidelines and performance.
Suppliers / Stakeholders
Maintain sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers / stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the Marketing Vision and Mission.
LTG / STO
Report on the main Marketing KPI's to achieve the Marketing Division's Long Term Goals, and Short Term Objectives.
Co-operate with the Marketing Unit team throughout the daily marketing operations, in order to deliver excellent quality to achieve the overall Marketing Vision and Mission.
Minimum Qualification & Experience :
Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate Degree in business, Marketing Management , Project Management any relevant field
Professional Certification in Marketing, Project Management
Accredited in Marketing
Professional Membership in Marketing, Project Management,
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Marketing ,Communication and Project management,
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in campaign events management
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in communication
Prior experience working cross-functionally to execute projects efficiently, with ability of managing key stakeholders.
