Job description Responsible for increasing the footfalls as per the business plan To identify new business opportunities both internally and externally and expand the network To Develop strategic plan by studying different healthcare market and financial opportunities presenting assumptions recommending objectives while maintaining flexibility and preparedness to proactively respond to shifting threats and opportunities To have bench marking analysis to know the rank in the market and be able to enhance through solving the detected problems Maintain healthy business relationships with the key vendors Government officials Celebrities and competitors Close co-

ordination with Marketing and Insurance departments and take appropriate measures to increase the foot falls Ensure that support for doctors is provided in terms of Staff Equipment and other facilities required to carry out their responsibilities Collaborates with medical staff leaders to coordinate on-

going and daily responsibilities Coordinates departmental budgets with each department head discusses medical equipment and supply needs with physicians and delegates and follows up on any tasks related to the overall operation of the practice Maintaining good rapport with physicians and nurses is a key duty of health care managers to keep morale high To assist training and development team in effectively implementing the training programs Grievance Redress related to patient doctor and staff complaints Coaches to help others to resolve problems Motivate sub-

ordinates by providing fair consistent timely specific feedback to challenge people to achieve their potential Provide individual and group recognition to well performing employees in consultation with HR department Ensure Hospital operations are in compliance with UAE regulations and standards To assist and support Quality Audit Team to enhance clinical quality To monitor all departments staff in accordance with the JCIA standards and also to make sure the documentations are done in all the departments as per JCIA Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks benchmarking state-

of-the-art practices participating in professional societies Desired Skills and Experience 1 Education M B B S with Diploma in Hospital Administration 2 Experience UAE Experience is MANDATORY Minimum 6-

years of relevant experience in a reputed organization with a minimum of 5 years in Managerial level Ability to maintain strong relations with Physicians employees and Patients essential Strong communication skills are required Familiarities with Medical terminologies are required Must be a Computer literate Skills should include organizational development personnel management budget and resource development and strategic planning Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Flexible and able to multi-
