Co-ordination and implementation of the hotel’s sales activities and strategy with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues, together with a concern on the costs involved.
Develop relationship and partnership with large, prestigious and targeted companies within the designed territory or beyond if not yet allocated within the sales team.
Maintain and develop the production of Key Accounts through searching all opportunities available at all levels within the company and all type of spending related to the hotel services, through a well thought and planned key Account Management involving the Management of the hotel as often as necessary.
Develop Key Prospect Accounts to Key Accounts within a year or less through the monitoring of / the share given to the hotel compared to the competition or the search of a new source of revenue and a planned Account Management.
Regularly identify potential new accounts (Other Active) as per hotel’s objectives and organize an action plan to develop them to key Prospects within a year or less.
Plan regular visits to these companies, managing 5 potential contacts with specific objectives and reasons for meeting within a day. Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field
At least 3 years experience performing tasks similar to those assigned to the position
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Other language skills are a plus
Advanced computer skills
