  • Co-ordination and implementation of the hotel’s sales activities and strategy with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues, together with a concern on the costs involved.
  • Develop relationship and partnership with large, prestigious and targeted companies within the designed territory or beyond if not yet allocated within the sales team.
  • Maintain and develop the production of Key Accounts through searching all opportunities available at all levels within the company and all type of spending related to the hotel services, through a well thought and planned key Account Management involving the Management of the hotel as often as necessary.
  • Develop Key Prospect Accounts to Key Accounts within a year or less through the monitoring of / the share given to the hotel compared to the competition or the search of a new source of revenue and a planned Account Management.
  • Regularly identify potential new accounts (Other Active) as per hotel’s objectives and organize an action plan to develop them to key Prospects within a year or less.
  • Plan regular visits to these companies, managing 5 potential contacts with specific objectives and reasons for meeting within a day. Candidate Profile :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field
  • At least 3 years experience performing tasks similar to those assigned to the position
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Other language skills are a plus
  • Advanced computer skills
