We seek an experienced Client Service Partner (CSP) to work as an individual contributor directly with our customers to help them define their objectives and cases for change in their business transformation journeys, and maximize the value from their investment in IFS solutions.
The CSP is a member of the Regional Global Customer Service (GCS) team and will collaborate closely with the sales and account teams, while building impactful relationships with our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Co-owns strategic license and services sales opportunities together with the Account Executive (AE); while the AE holds the overall accountability and the commercial ownership of the account, the CSP holds the content ownership of the opportunity pursuit and serves as an orchestrator of both the end-to-end value proposition as well as all teams and resources involved in the opportunity pursuit.
Serves as customer’s trusted advisor in the proposed business partnership and develops IFS’ Customer Success commitment for the entire customer life-cycle.
Works with the customer to define the targeted to-be business architecture and required business capabilities.
Maps the business architecture to the end-to-end IFS-centric solution architecture; explains to customers how IFS solutions will help them to achieve and implement the intended business capabilities.
Oversees and drives the value identification and quantification of a customer’s business transformation; develops the business case for change and aligns it with the customer.
Writes the Customer Success Plan and ensures customer’s alignment and buy-in.
Works with the customer to develop a holistic business transformation roadmap, covering both the business and the technology aspects.
Ensures a proper hand-over to the Customer Success Manager who is making the Customer Success Plan become a reality during the implementation.
On a regular basis, engages with assigned customers to explore incremental business benefits from innovation built into our software products.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering and supporting ERP enabled business transformations at customers.
Ideally having worked in leading management consultancy for multiple years or in an inhouse corporate strategy and transformation function.
Deep industry expertise in one of IFS strategic industries*) as well as functional domain (e.g. projects; ESM) and business process optimization knowledge;
speaks industry language .
Solid IFS solution knowledge across the entire solution portfolio preferred, but other ERP product knowledge also accepted.
Holistic, technology-enabled business transformation planning and delivery experience.
Natural entrepreneurial and commercial sense.
Big deal closing and contracting experience.
Strong communication and facilitation capabilities incl. proven senior management engagement experience.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Professional English language skills mandatory; another local language preferred.
Preferred working location is Dubai.
