We are looking for a Secretary to fill the position in Dubai.

Job Details : Creating database for the Chairman for all important business communication / research articles etc.
Analyze and present data to enable decision making by Chairman.
Should be well versed in MS Office and posses temperament to learn business nuances.
Manage internal and external communication on Chairmans behalf.
Preparing analysis report based on email communication.
Managing the LinkedIn account of the Chairman.
Ensure that all key clients are added to the profile and targeting key searches.
Attending important business meetings, making minutes of the meetings and ensuring all key deliverables are flagged on time.
Arrange logistics for visitors, coordinate conference calls.
Maintaining the Chairman calendar.
Sending reminder emails for important meetings / business discussions.
Job Requirements : Bachelor degree holder.
Two years experience as a Secretary.
Excellent communication skill.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good MS Excel Knowledge.
