The sales manager will provideoversight, leadership, and participation in aligning with ourmission when overseeing the department.
The right candidate will bealigned with the values in the organic industry.
Achievegrowth and hit sales targets by on-boarding new B2Bclients
Design and implement astrategic business plan that expands company’s customerbase and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lastingcustomer relationships by partnering with them and understandingtheir needs
Present sales, revenueand expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the managementteam
Identify emerging markets andmarket shifts while being fully aware of new products, prices, andcompetition status
Striving to keepcustomers satisfaction while gaining new accounts for eachseason
Understanding and workingwithin a proposed budget while advancing sales throughout theseasons
Overseeing the buyers andsalespeople that make up the wholesale department; including butnot limited to : Evaluations, Schedules, Hiring, Firing,etc.
Research food trends andincrease competitiveness within the industry
Creating spread sheets for future growth,schedules etc.
Maintain customersatisfaction and customer consistency
Aggressively promoting / selling all fresh foodswhen they come available.
Establishing a good flow of communication between farmers andwholesale team
Planningpromotions / sales
Monitoringinventories of products to establish the most efficient purchasinghabits by coordinating freight / logistics to keep costslow
Communicate the wholesaledepartment’s goals, concerns and progress to the generalmanager
MBA / MS degreein business administration or a related field
Male or Female
Strong Communicating Skills
Englishand Arabic, speaking and writing is well preferred
5 to 10 years of successful previousexperience as sales manager for Organic Vegetable and Fruits FreshProducts, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a similarindustry in UAE.
Demonstratedability to communicate, present and influence credibly andeffectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to drive the sales process fromplan to close
Strong business senseand industry expertise
Excellentmentoring, coaching and people management skills
With pleasing personality
with UAE Driving License
