The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Logistics Specialist in the Regional Distribution Centre, Dubai you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by :

Leading the development & maintenance of the DC processes based on best practices and actively partnering with adjacent functions and stakeholders for alignment and execution

Supporting DC operational objectives in driving the Process and productivity improvement

Facilitating the development and implementation of the DC supply chain vision and direction

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications :

Bachelors in related field (Supply chain / Logistics)

Minimum 5 years of combined work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics with strong 3PL Warehouse operations, Exposure to hazardous goods.

Excellent communication and presentation skill.

Strong background working in global supply chain and Experience in managing relationships with forwarders / carriers / 3PL partners and external vendors

Strong analytical, problem-solving, team management and project management skills

Basic understanding of import and export controls within MEA Region together with customs and free zone process knowledge.

Very good understanding on Freight Management and Incoterms

Willingness to connect with the global team in various time zones with extra mile attitude.

Strong SAP operating knowledge with support of new automation implementations projects related to SAP

Must have the valid UAE driving license

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Exposure to Various regulations such as Saber, MOH, and EHS)

Travel : No Travel required in this position

Location : This position is onsite, Regional Distribution Centre, Dubai.
