Responsible for maximizing therevenue of the company by sourcing of the properties
Build a market position by locating, developing, definingnegotiating and closing deals for real estate
Workclosely with the leasing department to design and executestrategies in developing business
Interface withexisting landlords to solidify mutual expectations of performanceand growth
Defining and follow up of yearly targets andobjectives
Develop and deliver the business plansthrough carrying out research, formulate market analysis anddeliver accurate business reports
Define and follow upof yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implementstrategies for new services.
Determine newopportunities by analyzing business needs.
Serves as alead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establishcommunications with those businesses that can benefit from ourCompany's services.
Build a referral and leadgeneration network.
Minimum 4 yearsof experience in a reputed property management Company orBank's Property Management division.
Thoroughunderstanding of the UAE property market
Strong clientrelationship management and development aptitude.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Superior presentation andexcellent oral and written communication skills.
