Ghantoot Landscaping is looking for a Quantity Surveyor Candidate should have a experience in tendering, pre- contract, post contract and BOQ specification.

Assist Technical manager with all matters relating to estimating and bid pricingPreparing technical submittals for tender requestsObtain the cost of materials, subcontractor costs and evaluate their quotationsCorrespond with sub-contractors and suppliers for the collection of quotesInspection of proposed projects enable more accurate estimationComplies comprehensive documentation to support tender estimatesPreparation of BOQ for new tendersMaintain estimation records for future tender and cost evaluationsWorking as part of a team to deliver the required results.

Requirement Must have at least 5 years of experience in estimation in UAEDegree qualified in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveyor or any equivalent DegreeAbility to estimate product breakdown and pricingPrior experience in using estimation software tools Effective communication, fluent English is required (written and spoken) Job Type : Full-time Salary : AED8,000.
