Overview :
JLL require a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to take the lead role on Change Management projects for a global bank, which would include taking part in, and leading meetings with clients, along with client relationship management.
A self-starter, ambitious and conscientious individual who seeks to excel at what they do; Must be client focused and have previous experience of working for and / or in a clients workplace / property /
real estate team and delivering change management, with at least 5-7 years relevant experience in this field.
Must be flexible in their outlook and be able to multi-task to accommodate the very varying client needs, projects and day to day activities necessary.
The main duties within this position would also stakeholder management.
What this job involves :
Leading change projects including : Investigation, facilitating meetings, analysis and writing reports
Ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining and developing a professional relationship at peer / sponsor level within the client organisation
Able to manage own workload and work independently
General business reporting (within JLL and global bank environments).
Desired skills and experience for this job :
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain clients confidence through knowledge, competence and gravitas
Previous experience of working with or within large complex organisations delivering change management programmes, with a particular focus on changes related to workplace / workplace design / ways of working
Programme / Project Management experience in a property / workplace environment with a demonstrable track record in delivering projects with multiple workstreams (, IT, furniture, comms, migration) for occupiers
An understanding of finance principles and business case needs in relation to capital projects and property operating cost models
Good report writing and presentation skills
Sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
An understanding of flexible / agile work styles and the technology required to enable the same, along with a willingness to adopt these principles in your own work
Good team player skills
Good presentation skills including use of appropriate presentation software
Experience of preparing reports and presenting analysis in a business context to non-financial senior management.
Knowledge of emerging trends related to future of work and hybrid working advantageous
Experience of working in or with clients in MENAT advantageous
