Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our awesome marketing team in Dubai, UAE!
As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the Marketing of our digital products such as websites and mobile applications in both ways Online and Offline.
Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance.
Assist with ideation and creation of all Marketing collaterals for offline and online communication of the brand its products, events and other corporate needs.
Write, edit and optimize content for the website, blogs, newsletters, emailers, and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.
Develop Engaging Content & Manage all Social Media accounts of the brand, including Executing Social Media efforts to improve results in terms of KPIs e.
g. community size, followers, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
Assist the Digital Advertising Team in the planning and execution of B2C marketing projects and campaigns by developing content and coordinating with the team of writers & designers.
Perform activities relating to Search Engine and App Store Optimization on a continuous basis
Developing email marketing campaigns and managing the regular release of newsletters to various key stakeholders while tracking and reporting on performance.
Developing Web Landing Pages for inbound marketing, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Creating and executing SMS marketing campaigns.
Reviewing and actively managing the website, blog pages, and other online assets and sources.
Reviewing Google Analytics to attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Analyzing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
Work with the Sales & Strategy Team to develop Marketing collateral to support lead generation by creating collateral for Products, Events, and other Brand Communication activities.
Work with the Head of Communication & Engagement to develop content and collateral for B2B engagement, referrals, rewards, and retention programs.
IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS :
Strong Editing & Writing skills in English & Arabic.
Communication & Reporting skills Great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to provide regular updates to the team on all Marketing activities and performance KPI’s.
Image & Video editing skills : Although you are not required to develop content from scratch you must be able to edit content if or wherever required.
Project management skills : Efficient and good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive and in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
