Plans, coordinates and participates in the formulation of commercial strategies, taking into account the consistency of such strategies with the overall organization’s objectives and requirements during all phases of the commercial processes.
Develops and controls the preparation and analysis of commercial activities.Assists Commercial Manager in the delivery of his objectives in the area of commercial strategies and processes.
Participates in improving the contractual terms and conditions of proposed contracts in coordination with suppliers and contractors.
Participates in formulating and revising strategies for tendering and award of contracts to ensure transparency, fairness and best commercial practices.
Assists in the preparation and submission of reports in a timely and accurate manner. Participates in the evaluation of Monthly Management Reports, prepares summarized reports, comments and recommends appropriate action plansCommunicate company’s forecast requirements to vendor markets, work with other Commercial Section to understand vendor capabilities.
Analyze and constantly improve the Commercial Strategies during and after their implementation.Identify, in coordination with other Commercial Sections, areas where performance can be improved, and analyze, strategize, plan and coach them.
