About the Role :

Ensure that all functions relating to Store Admin& Cash office are carried out effectively to facilitate thesmooth functioning of the store

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Admin / Cash Office Function : Ensure to assistthe staff in cash / Admin office to carry out the day to dayactivities and all procedures are followed so as to minimize therisk of loss, for the company
  • Reconciliation : Ensure to carry out all cash / credit card reconciliation and postentries into system and collections are banked on a dailybasis
  • Inventory Reports : All the inventory reportsfor the store needs to be monitored on daily / weekly basis and makesure the corrective actions are done on time
  • Archiving Of Documents : Ensure that all in-storedocuments Admin / cash office / Inventory etc. are archived properlyto facilitate easy retrieval when necessary.
  • Internal / External Audit : Ensure that sufficientco-operation is extended to all internal / external auditors toassist completion of the audit.

  • Strong inMicrosoft Office
  • Able to support the StoreManager with daily tasks / reports
