Better comes from everywhere We’ll be looking to you provide seamless operations support to the locations of Western Union Retail Services, which consists of Western Union agent locations and subagent networks.
You will be coordinating between various teams internally and externally in order to ensure WU money transfer services and products are deployed and available to customers.
You will provide training and coordinate upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting as required. You will propose operational improvement initiatives to business leaders, whilst ensuring processes are both commercially minded and consistent with regulations.
For this role, we require you to be degree-educated and in addition have experience in working in an operational support role, preferably within a retail environment.
You’ll be a great communicator with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards improvement initiatives. You’ll have extensive knowledge of general IT and be able to perform working independently under remote supervision.
Being comfortable in using Microsoft office tools is also needed.
