Job Role : Customer Service Manager - ArabicSpeaking

Experience Level :

  • At least 3 years inmanagerial level (as a Assistant Customer Service Manager) in UAEmarket, specifically in B2B sector of FMCGindustry .
  • Total of 5 yearsexperience in Customer service sector is absolutelymandatory.
  • Candidates who can communicate inArabic, French & English Language (expert), should be wellgroomed and with impeccable communication skills.
  • Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience will beconsidered for this role ( handling B2Bcustomers )
  • Should have advancedMS Excel / MS office skills.
  • Male / Female
  • Should be available in UAE for a faceto face interview!
  • UAE experience isabsolutely mandatory !
  • Salary : AED15000 / - per month + other standard benefits as per UAE Laborlaw.
