Drive eNPS through people experienceinitiatives and culture
Overseestore's day to day operations related to VM, Retail StoreSOPs adherence, and sales team schedule
Offersupport to store staff during in-store events
Act as the key point of contact withback-office team
Ensure click andcollect are conducted within SLAs
Ensurecustomer data is properly captured by the team in adherence tomarketing team requirements
Promoteloyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team knowledge about appofferings etc..
Increase the revenuetarget of the store
Drivesell-throughs within the store
Support in-store CX initiatives
Provide input to whats working well, whats not workingwell within the store
